This is a very simple six-page booklet available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Chinese. It defines secondhand smoke, tells how it affects your health, and gives tips on staying away from it. The booklet also gives tips on quitting, including the phone numbers for the multilingual Smoker's Quitline. (The Smoker's Quitline is toll-free only for Massachusetts residents, but anyone can check the Website at www.trytostop.org.) There are colorful pictures, including a full-page cutout sign that says, "Please Don't Smoke in Our Home."
